Penguins MARCH

Today I’m heading out with around 500 of my colleagues to march through the streets of London on a 10 mile walk/waddle to raise awareness for literacy. As you can see, we’ve got some ugly lovely t-shirts to wear for the day.
I’ll also be HASHTAGGING my face and arm and if you’re on Twitter you can follow the walk on #PenguinDKWalk. It should be good fun - we get to hand out books to the public. The books we get to choose from are:
Skippy Dies by Paul Murray
Our Kind of Traitor by John le Carre
A History of the World in 100 Objects by Neil Macgregor
Where Angels Fear to Tread by E.M Forster(Penguin English Library)
The Diary of Adrian Mole by Sue Townsend
Me Before You by Jojo Moyes
The BFG by Roald Dahl
The Very Hungry Caterpillar (PB) by Eric Carle
All That I Am by Anna Funder
It’s All About the Bike by Robert Penn
I’ll be going with The Diary of Adrian Mole (because everyone should read it) and, hopefully, The Hungry Caterpillar. However, I can see THC being very popular, so I may go with All That I Am as it’s the novel I had to do my marketing proposal on for my interview for Penguin.
ANYWAY the weather is poop BUT I am on TeamMotivation! Keep your eye out for a timelapse of the day (Viewpoint? My breast). Who knows, we may even trend on twitter!
